LNA (Restorative) - Long Term Care

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated LNA (Restorative) to join our Long-Term Care Unit team. This position is scheduled for (5) 8-hour shifts every two weeks from 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, including every other weekend with a weekend differential. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,750 is available. This role involves assisting patients/residents with restorative exercises to enhance limb function following specified training guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • 6 months of LNA work experience required.
  • Restorative aid training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Unit Information

The Otter Creek Long-Term Care unit focuses on residents who require medical assistance while being cognitively intact. The position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and provide personalized care.
