Job Description
We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Reno, NV. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations utilizing forklifts and following established procedures. Your schedule and duties may vary based on the terminal location.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers using forklifts.
- Adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with required endorsements and no automatic restriction.
- Stable work record and clean driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
