This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $26.00 - $32.94 per hour (DOE) along with a $15K Hiring & Retention Bonus. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and supporting the clinical team at our community.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure patients take their medication.
- Assist RNs and the medical team.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Qualifications
- Completed LPN license program.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
