Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vocational Instruction Project Community Services Inc. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will provide nursing care to ensure our clients receive high-quality and cost-effective care.

Responsibilities

• Promote professionalism and respect in client interactions.
• Follow prescribed care plans and administer medication according to procedures.
• Observe clients for intoxication signs and medication side effects.
• Maintain accurate medication records and client medical documentation.
• Perform nursing duties within the scope of practice and under the Nurse Manager's direction.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN License and Infection Control Certificate.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with computers and fluency in English.
