LPN - Ambulatory Hematology and Oncology

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN - Ambulatory Hematology and Oncology to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with healthcare providers and RNs to provide technical nursing care, perform clinical and administrative support services, and ensure the well-being of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a healthcare provider or RN.
• Deliver technical nursing care to patients in various health conditions.
• Perform clinical and administrative health care support services based on assigned duties, knowledge, and ability.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure approved by the State of Vermont.
• Prior LPN experience of less than two years, with less than 1 year of UVMMC employment; or LPN experience of two or more years, with less than 6 months of UVMMC employment.
