Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
- Current DE LPN License or compact state license
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment
- Implement patient-centered care plans
- Participate in discharge planning
Work Schedule
- Job Types: Per diem, part-time, full-time
- Weekly Schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends
- Shifts: Day shift or night shift, one weekend a month, 2 holidays per year
