Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
- Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
