Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This is an opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
