Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and contributing to patient-centered approaches.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
