Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join The Alice Center, part of The University of Vermont Health Network team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient care under the direction of healthcare professionals, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks within the scope of case finding, health teaching, and administering medications.
- Supervise and support certified nurse aides and other healthcare personnel.
- Ensure compliance with the Plan of Care and provide quality nursing treatment.
Requirements
- Current Practical Nurse license in New York State.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
