Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Crestwood. The position offers shift differentials and a newly increased hourly wage. As part of our team, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
