Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift LPNs to join the team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
