• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with regulations.
• Train interdisciplinary team members on MDS content and electronic processes.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and MDS processes.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications.
