Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations specializing in Oncology/Incentive Compensation, to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The role is remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work independently. As part of the US Business Operations and Analytics department, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics, operational effectiveness, and incentive compensation support for the ONC BU.

Responsibilities

  • Support field strategies for the Oncology team, including customer targeting, call planning tools, and performance evaluation.
  • Owning sub-national sales force reporting and analysis through data platforms and reporting tools like Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage incentive compensation programs, including communication, reporting, and tracking.
  • Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to drive enhancements in business analytics and technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA or Symphony.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is advantageous.
  • 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
