Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000/year

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative medicines, is seeking a Manager for GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies supporting Global Clinical Development Operations and other R&D functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, technology solutions, and analytics/reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage digital systems/technology.
• Provide expertise on technology solutions to optimize trial performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate new relevant technologies for implementation.
• Maintain and manage digital systems, ensuring optimal use and performance.
• Work with vendors and solution providers for knowledge sharing and system utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical related technology within pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, GxP, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and travel as needed.
