Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies that enhance our Global Clinical Development Operations and research & development functions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of clinical development processes, be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, and have a strong focus on finding innovative solutions to support optimal trial performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage digital systems and technologies.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to optimize trial performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and leverage new technologies relevant to Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

• IT proficiency and experience with clinical digital systems and analytics.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trials management and operations.
• Experience with designing and programming clinical technologies and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in clinical technology.

Education and Licenses

• BA/BS in a scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical technology for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standard practices in clinical trials.
