We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to oversee store operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules and staffing, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)
