We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a future store manager position. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while nurturing a high-performing team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
