Job Description

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, from supervising daily activities to developing operational plans and leading a dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values.
• Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, signage, and product quality.
• Lead the hiring process and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure store profitability by meeting budget and performance goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment while maximizing product availability and merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
