Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of successfully running a store to prepare you for your own store management role. You will be involved in supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Understand company strategy and core values, fostering teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans.
• Oversee store merchandising, product quality, and stock levels.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate leadership in providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
