We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. This role entails learning all aspects of efficiently managing a store to prepare for leading your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure top performance, manage staffing needs, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $102,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance for exceptional customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage customer concerns and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain store quality, signage, and product freshness.
• Participate in hiring and training staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Ability to travel as required within divisional standards.
