We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Hillcrest Medical Center as a Microbiology Supervisor with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. In this role based in Tulsa, OK, you will oversee and ensure the effective operations of the microbiology department, playing a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce sectional and departmental policies to promote effective operations.
• Manage supply purchases, personnel scheduling, and technical problem-solving.
• Train and evaluate new employees, review policies for compliance, and maintain employee relationships.
• Identify, document, and resolve departmental issues, keeping supervisors informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
• 5-7 years of MT/MLS experience in a hospital lab setting.
