MRI Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Team Leader to join our MRI Team in the Radiology Department at The University of Vermont Health Network. As the Supervisor of MRI Technologies, you will oversee technical operations, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards in patient care. Additionally, you will play a key role in staff scheduling, hiring, and fostering collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and compliance measures in MRI operations.
• Assist in scheduling to meet patient volume needs.
• Participate in the hiring process of new staff.
• Ensure safe and effective patient care through oversight of technical procedures and workflows.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred, advanced certification in MRI required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
