Position: MST Therapist

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Odessa
Salary: $24.20-$27.23 per hour ($50,343-$56,643 per year); $68,224 per year if fully licensed
Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm; on-call; flexible work schedule may be required
Job Summary:
The MST Therapist at PermiaCare is responsible for providing evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth with intensive needs and their families. The position involves conducting assessments, engaging primary caregivers, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, ensuring MST service model compliance, and coordinating services to designated caseloads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in clinical/counseling psychology, social work, or related area
- Professional licensure preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in behavioral health field
