Salary: $112,000-$168,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Neurology Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, empathy for patients, and strategic partnership skills to support patients and caregivers. The role involves executing promotional activities, contributing to sales strategy, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business growth. We welcome candidates with Senior-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high performance based on trust, respect, and commitment to compliance.
• Develop and implement key sales strategies in collaboration with partners.
• Build relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and epilepsy centers.
• Stay informed about disease state, product, and market trends.
• Manage financial resources and budgets in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and key account management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
