Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Document resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Notify appropriate personnel of resident condition changes.
• Assist with medication management and orders.
• Monitor medication deliveries and address discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Comfortable working with the elderly.
• Proficiency in English preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Prior experience is a plus.
