Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
- Strong orientation towards quality patient care and safety.
