Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position entails day and night shifts with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to uphold current standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Completion of orientation according to policy.
