Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for effective patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
