We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Grace Medical Center Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varied hours, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients while adhering to regulatory standards and organization guidelines. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, assessing for changes in condition, collaborating with healthcare team members, and maintaining competency in clinical skills. An ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing school, holds a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and has a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, Hazmat, and Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred. You will be working in the newly designed Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, which features modern technology and amenities for emergency care, including negative pressure rooms and a behavioral health treatment pod.
