NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols. You will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans, collaborating with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery. This role requires maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care according to current standards of practice and providing a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS, and Hazmat within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The department features private treatment rooms, a providers' station for collaborative care, negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
