NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

Join LifeBridge Health as a Nursing Graduate at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, working in the Emergency Room on a full-time basis with a weekend commitment, including day and night shifts with varying hours. This position is for a Staff Nurse with responsibilities to provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. The role involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical competency, ensuring a safe patient environment, and more.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services, or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
