Summary
JOB SUMMARY: The RN provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organizational protocols. Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care based on patient needs. Collaborates with colleagues to ensure quality care delivery and maintains clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Completion of orientation.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design, including private treatment rooms, advanced technology, negative pressure rooms, behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
