Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on the needs of patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred

With a focus on patient comfort and safety, the department features private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The facility also houses a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
