Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varied hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with industry standards and organization protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring a safe environment and quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
