NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and guidelines. You will work collaboratively with staff and physicians to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients.
• Assess patients for changes that may impact recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
