JOB SUMMARY:
The Nursing Graduate (RN) provides patient care based on ANA, ENA, BSBHS, and organizational guidelines. Collaborates with healthcare professionals, assesses patient needs, and maintains competency for quality care delivery. Creates a safe patient environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- 2+ years of Emergency Services experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications
- Emergency Nursing Certification preferred
