Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Oncology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in West Palm Beach. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology products, managing relationships with therapeutic specialists in your assigned territory, and executing marketing strategies to meet sales goals.
Key Skills
- Strategic Account Management: Understand customer needs, develop strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional partners, share insights, and lead collaborations for account strategies.
- Selling Effectiveness: Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products, stay informed about industry trends, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz products, demonstrate clinical knowledge, and participate in medical information exchanges.
- Execution: Manage customer interactions, represent the company at conferences, utilize CRM tools, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Required Experience
- Four-year college/university degree
- Experience in Oncology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet travel requirements
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate business school study
- 5+ years in the oncology market
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge
- Key account management experience
- Results-oriented and proactive approach
Physical Demands:
Frequent travel, computer use, and public interactions.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity employer. The base pay range for this role is $128,000-$192,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and more.
