Oncology Business Manager (Northeast)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region. The role involves establishing and managing relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. This position requires developing and executing business plans, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and positioning Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner in the market. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of industry experience, expertise in Oncology Practice Networks, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
• Develop account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support field-based teams and identify competitive threats.
• Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient financial assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Oncology Practice Networks and Health Systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Travel required up to 40% of the time.
