Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest) - Jazz Pharmaceuticals

We are looking for a dedicated Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As an OBM, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

• Develop and execute business plans, understanding key healthcare concepts and compliance rules.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
• Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for future initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Optimize engagements and resource allocation with strategic oncology accounts.
• Lead the development of strategic plans with Regional Sales Managers for optimal product access.
• Communicate insights with cross-functional partners to inform contracting and access strategy.

Skills/Competencies Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years industry experience.
• Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel required up to 40% of the time.

Candidates must be located in the Pacific Northwest region.

This role offers a base pay range of $169,600-$254,400, alongside benefits like medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible paid vacation.
