Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will support the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring smooth functioning of our network of stores and warehouses. Responsibilities
- Communicate important information to various stakeholders within the organization.
- Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Address and resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify and report irregularities in your area of responsibility.
- Conduct training as needed and act as a backup assistant when required.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve mutual goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
