We are seeking an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As a member of ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely and safe operations.

General Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure clean and safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
