As an Operations Supervisor I, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight on assigned shifts.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related fields is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight operations and handling techniques.
