Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Over Night Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with care plans and physicians' orders, ensuring patient well-being and safety. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Develop and update nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Implement infection control measures and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
• Maintain proficiency in clinical assessments and compliance with nursing care standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and demonstrated clinical proficiency.
• Additional state-specific and discipline-specific requirements apply.

Preferences

• Recent experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience.
