We are looking for dedicated Overnight Youth Counselors to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, NH. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and supportive environment for the youth under our care during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Assisting students with bedtime and wake-up routines.
• Providing compassionate bed-checks and crisis support when needed.
• Engaging with students to encourage positive behavior and growth.
• Implementing residential routines and meaningful programming.
• Documenting service delivery and incidents accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant experience with children.
• Valid driver's license, 21+ years of age, and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background checks.
