Part-Time Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker position at Aldi, where you can enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a member of our collaborative team, you will be operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, upholding security and data confidentiality, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow all procedures.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must be 18 years or older, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior work experience in a retail setting is beneficial, but a combination of education and experience will be considered.
