Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and displays, while Cashier duties include processing purchases and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent service.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a well-merchandised display.
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and product knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
