Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker to join our team at Aldi, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the face of Aldi, you will play a vital role in providing top-level service and maintaining the store's operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards within your area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier duties, process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, follow merchandising guidelines, and ensure safety procedures.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and handle cashier and stocker responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and effective time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
