Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and serving our valued customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate information to direct leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate machinery and stock shelves neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Follow inventory guidelines and maintain stock accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize errors.
• Create well-merchandised displays following planograms.
• Organize new inventory and operate machinery safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Effective verbal communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
