Job Description

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This dynamic position offers variety and the opportunity to engage with our customers daily.

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with leaders.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and provide customer assistance.
• Execute stocking responsibilities: rotate products, create displays, and operate machinery safely.

Physical Demands

• Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Stocker: Proficient in stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
